We recently completed an emergency switchboard replacement after the home's main switch failed catastrophically, leaving the homeowner without power and receiving an electric shock when operating the switch.Called out on a Saturday, we safely isolated the installation before replacing the damaged switchboard with a larger recessed enclosure. This involved cutting the existing brickwork, rerouting all electrical cabling, installing new circuit protection, and retaining the existing electricity meter. The finished installation is fully compliant with current standards, providing a safer, more reliable electrical system and restoring power to the home.‍
